We will review your refund request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances such as medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other significant events can impact your travel plans. In these cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will review your situation individually and work with you to find a fair solution.
Please note that any third-party expenses already incurred on your behalf (such as non-refundable deposits for accommodations, appointments, or other services) may be deducted from your refund amount, regardless of when you cancel.
If you need to change your travel dates or modify your plans rather than cancel entirely, please contact us as soon as possible. In many cases, we can adjust your itinerary without requiring cancellation and rebooking.
