1. Services Overview

We provide travel coordination and planning services for trips to Poland, including:

Standard travel planning package (200 CAD)
Travel + medical planning package (350 CAD)

Our services include itinerary planning, accommodation recommendations, transportation arrangements, and for the medical package, coordination with medical facilities in Poland.

2. Service Fees and Payment

All fees are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and electronic bank transfers.

Our service fees do not include:

Costs of flights, accommodations, transportation, or other third-party services
Medical treatment costs
Travel insurance
Visa or passport fees
Meals, entertainment, or personal expenses

3. Booking and Reservations

When we make bookings on your behalf:

You authorize us to act as your booking agent with third-party providers
You agree to review and abide by all terms and conditions of third-party service providers
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all personal information provided
You understand that reservations are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed until confirmed

4. Travel Documents and Requirements

You are responsible for:

Obtaining and maintaining valid passports, visas, health certificates, and other required travel documents
Ensuring compliance with entry requirements for Poland and any transit countries
Arranging appropriate travel and medical insurance for your trip

We are not liable for any issues arising from incomplete or invalid travel documentation.

5. Medical Services Disclaimer

For medical tourism services:

We act solely as a coordinator between you and medical facilities in Poland
We do not provide medical advice or treatment
We do not guarantee specific medical outcomes
We are not liable for the quality of medical care provided by third-party facilities
You should consult with your local healthcare provider before seeking medical treatment abroad

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policy is outlined in detail on our Refund Policy page. By using our services, you agree to these refund terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services
We are not liable for any delays, cancellations, or changes to services provided by third parties
We are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or losses incurred during your trip

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure is a result of Acts of Nature, terrorism, war, civil unrest, fire, flood, earthquake, severe weather conditions, strikes, governmental acts, or any other events beyond our reasonable control.
